ConneX is a recruiting and network sourcing service. We connect AEC industry employers with candidates and connect contractors with suppliers and subcontractors. We are not the employer of any candidate we present to hiring clients, and we are not a party to any employment relationship that results from a placement.

Hiring clients are solely responsible for:

- Their employment decisions and offers

- Setting employment terms (wages, hours, benefits, working conditions)

- Compliance with all employment, labor, anti-discrimination, wage-and-hour, and workplace-safety laws

- Workers' compensation and unemployment insurance obligations

- Background checks, drug screening, credential verification, and other due diligence

- Onboarding, training, supervision, and termination decisions

Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy of information they submit, their professional credentials, work authorization status, and their conduct in any resulting employment relationship.

Placement outcomes depend on hiring client decisions, candidate availability and choices, market conditions, role specifications, and many factors beyond our control.
